Vazkor Technologies created this software back in the year 2000 for a collections company that specialized in Medicaid payments. This client was not a conventional collections agency. Like all collection agencies, they would "buy" overdue accounts, specifically overdue medical bills. Many of these patients qualified for government assistance and our client were experts at the registration process. By signing up the patient, the bill would get paid and my client would collect the outstanding payment due on the account. It was a nice change to see a collection agency that used a revenue model that didn't require harassing people who were down on their luck.
